How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and check out. You will need to sign in or create an account so we can keep your orders, addresses and rewards together.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

How can I track my order?
Open Your Orders to see the latest status of every order, including when it has been shipped and delivered.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — you can request a return from Your Orders within the return window after delivery. Because many of our products are for personal use, opened or used items are generally not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Read the full Refund & Return Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (or as wallet credit where applicable). Timelines are listed in our Refund & Return Policy, and your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
How does the referral programme work?

Are your products safe to use?
Our products follow Ayurvedic tradition and are meant for general wellness and personal care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult a qualified practitioner before use, and always read the label.
